Representatives from London Taxi Advertising took to the annual World Travel Market to showcase the SriLankan Airlines taxi advertising campaign planned by the team. Their presence allowed the unique opportunity to network with thousands influential speakers and exhibitors of the Travel and Tourism Industry.
The prestigious event held at The ExCel London is situated in a stunning waterfront location in the heart of London’s Royal Docks, the perfect setting for the branded taxis.
The taxi superside campaign, commissioned by SriLankan Airlines will run for ten months from November 2011, and includes advertising internally on the tip seats of the taxis and branded receipts. Customers using the taxis can absorb the message from the Airline due to the extended dwell time whilst travelling, and can take away the details on the branded receipts.
The team arranged the exclusive PR opportunity to ensure the taxis were present at The ExCel London, and collected influential directors and guests from the Airline in the branded taxis.
SriLankan Airlines benefited from their advertising been showed to the Worlds press at the WTM, and reinforced their presence at the event as arrivals to the WTM were met with the taxis outside, and then were able to see the ‘Refreshingly SriLanka’ stand inside the venue.
London Taxi Advertising devised the tailored campaign offering a bespoke Outdoor Media service to the client, providing integral research and recommendations of taxi dispersion in order to reap the best results from the taxi advertising campaign.
